1. Check the receiver's voltage—for example, if it’s below 3.7V, the actual voltage is too low. The receiver’s LED module still responds, but it’s unable to complete the pairing process with the remote control.
2. Check whether the receiver's antenna is damaged;
3. Check if there’s any water inside the receiver, or if it’s damaged (often due to excessive voltage causing burnout).
4. The distance is too close, and the operation is performed too quickly—before the remote control has even finished transmitting its command to the receiver, the next instruction is already received, causing a signal jam.
5. Power the receiver incorrectly—this includes connecting the power cable to the wrong port (advise customers not to connect it to the return port, as excessive voltage could sometimes damage the return port)—or reversing the polarity of the positive and negative wires.
1. The joystick on the control panel is not in the lowest position, causing it to continuously sound an alarm to remind the user that the throttle is currently not set at its minimum level.
2. The remote control has low battery voltage and emits an alarm sound to prompt the user to replace the batteries.
1. Currently, the maximum return voltage for all our receivers is 27V. It’s best not to exceed this voltage when powering them on, as doing so could damage the return port.
When you receive the return cable, you’ll notice a white plug at one end. On the white port, the left side is the negative terminal, while the right side is the positive terminal. At the other end, there are two pins—black and red—where the black wire connects to the negative terminal and the red wire to the positive terminal.
When connecting the wires, match the red ends to red, and black ends to black.
1. The receiver must be securely mounted facing upward against the vehicle body, ideally with the antenna pointing toward the front of the car.
2. The gyroscope direction must be set correctly—pay attention to the forward and reverse settings.
3. The gyroscope settings will read the remote control's direction travel settings; therefore, the vehicle's steering servo travel must be configured correctly.
4. Set the gyroscope intervention ratio to 100 first, then gradually reduce it to find the optimal vehicle intervention ratio.
5. The gyroscope requires attention to protection against water, dust, and strong magnetic interference.
