Service Policy

 

1. Basic Principles of After-Sales Service

  • Products purchased from authorized dealer stores are covered by a one-year warranty starting from the date of purchase (including the expiration date, as verified by the purchase receipt). If a product quality issue arises during this period, please provide your proof of purchase, the store’s online link where you bought the item, and a photo of the product’s unique QR code. Once our expert technicians confirm that the issue is indeed a manufacturing defect, we’ll offer free repair services—and even waive the cost of the initial diagnostic inspection.
  • Products purchased from authorized dealer stores are eligible for after-sales repair services within one year from the date of purchase (as verified by the valid proof of purchase). To initiate the process, please provide your proof of purchase, a link to the store where you bought the product, and a photo of the product’s unique QR code. Please note that only the cost of replacing the faulty component will be charged, while labor inspection fees are waived.
  • Products purchased through unauthorized channels will incur charges for both replacement parts and labor-based inspection fees, regardless of whether they are still under warranty.
  • Definition of unauthorized channels: Secondhand trading platforms (where enthusiasts do not authorize any secondhand marketplace but provide after-sales service to purchasing users); channels unable to provide proof of purchase (excluding enthusiast product reviews and reward products).
  • Note: A photo of the QR code on the device body is required only for the flagship product's remote control, and it must be clear, legible, and undamaged.

 

2. Disclaimer

  • The product will not be covered under warranty if any of the following conditions apply:
  • Failures caused by improper user handling or storage, rather than issues with the product's quality itself;
  • Malfunctions caused by failure to operate or install according to the user manual;
  • Faults caused by users’ unauthorized disassembly or modification of the device;
  • Natural wear and tear of parts, as well as failures caused by natural disasters;
  • Failures caused by issues with the reliability and compatibility of third-party components;
  • Failures or damages caused by incorrect installation, operation, or use in environments outside the product’s specified operating conditions (e.g., excessively high/low temperatures, excessive humidity, highly interfering environments, or unstable current/voltage levels, etc.);
  • Malfunctions arising from the use of this product for illegal activities;
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse (including exceeding the product's working load), or improper use;
  • Damage caused by the use of self-developed or non-publicly distributed software that results in the product failing to function properly;
  • Damage caused by repairs performed at non-official authorized service centers.

 

3. Freight Handling

  • During the warranty period: Users and enthusiasts each bear the shipping costs for their own packages.
  • Out of warranty: Both the round-trip courier fees will be borne by the user;
  • Purchase from unauthorized channels: Regardless of whether the product is still under warranty, the round-trip shipping costs will be borne by the user.
  • When users request our company to perform software upgrades on their behalf, all round-trip courier fees incurred will be borne by the users.

 

4. Detailed After-Sales Service Instructions

  • If users require factory-based after-sales repair services, they must complete the "Repair Information Form" (see Appendix 1 for details). If printing the form is inconvenient, please enclose a handwritten note inside the package, clearly stating your name, product model, quantity, address, contact information, a description of the issue, and your specific repair request. (Failure to follow these instructions may delay the repair process.)
  • For discontinued products, we will assess whether after-sales repair services can be provided after the user submits specific product information.
  • If you fail to contact after-sales personnel in advance and instead send the repaired item directly to the factory via courier, there is a risk that the package may get lost or the after-sales process could be delayed—risks that the user will bear entirely.
  • Product repair turnaround: Repairs will be completed and returned to the factory within two weeks of receipt of the item (excluding round-trip logistics transit time).
  • The above after-sales service terms apply only to products sold within mainland China.
  • The final interpretation of the above after-sales service terms rests with Shenzhen Enthusiast Model Technology Co., Ltd.
